Circle of Life Holistic Programs

Lessley and I spent a week together during the first week of December, 2017. She found a lovely condo in Boynton Beach, Fl, which is quite close (20 minutes) from where I live. She immediately designated this little one bedroom into her own "divine" healing opportunity. We met up every morning at 10am and stayed focused on her fast, her mission and her desire to take the first steps in healing herself. Nothing is easy, but when you are backed up against a serious issue, then you have no choice but to give it your all. Lessley gave it her all. She didn't whine or complain about anything. She even made that week we were together quite fun, giving me the opportunity to give my best to this sweet consciously growing woman. I knew it wouldn't be easy, but it's wouldn't be difficult either.

The day consisted of a large mason jar smoothie which I brought directly from my kitchen to hers with organic fruits and leafy greens blended well in the Vita Mix. That would be considered two servings for the day. The amount of fiber would be enough to keep her bowels in great shape, along with some help of Smooth Move Tea taken in the evening before bed.

When I arrived each morning, the white tile floors had been mopped, every glass that was used, was sitting and drying in by the sink in the tiny kitchen of this modern condo. Her bed was made, her clothing folded and her eyes well rested and ready for another day of detox. She was located about a 5 minute ride to the ocean, which she took advantage of first thing in the morning.

I began the juice process using my trusty Breville Multi-Speed, messing up the kitchen like crazy, but knowing that the mess had a holy intention set in stone to help Lessley learn everything she needed to know in order to turn her life around and heal herself.

Some days we went on a little field trip. We visited my Shaman Jorge in Loxahatchee to get his take on what was going on with her health. We also scheduled a colonic with Erin at Spa Lavage and a Nutritional Blood Analysis with Caron Barr, RN at the Holistic Organic Wellness shop in Boca Raton. Lessley never complained and I knew that detox usually comes with some headaches, fatigue, emotional issues coming to the surface and more. What a dream client!

After the week went by like a shooting star, we parted ways and Lessley made her way, driving back to New Jersey. She knows her mission and her determination is crystal clear. We are in touch and she is getting ready to possibly take herself to Mexico for a 3 week process. I wish her only the best. Attitude is everything!

Over this past week I am still recovering a bit from the uninvited guest called Irma, who reshaped the view from my condo, but...I am fine. I have taken it upon myself to do Dr Schulze's Liver Detox Program. I had done it a few years ago, but not quite as precisely at that time. It wasn't bad. I didn't mind the tastes of the herbal extracts or even the garlic, ginger, fruit juice, olive oil drink. Learn more about it here . I would recommend some coaching with me as you go through it, plus I would need to know what medications you are on to make sure there will be no interference.

This lovely younger woman is smart. She is probably involved with other sport activities, so it's always wise to get quiet, stretch your body in a few different directions and see how it feels. Yoga postures like these are the basis of any good exercise program.
