Holistic Life Coaching is meant to propel forward action, through adopting greater self-awareness, clarifying goals, raising confidence and commitment and identifying paths for the future. I have added the term "Holistic" because I'm using Holistic protocols to bring together the powerful and combined aspects of the mind, body and spirit.

Below you will find some of the main discussion areas that we will address during our time together either on retreat, in your home or over Skype/phone. 

The majority of physical disease is caused by three correctable conditions: exhaustion, malnutrition and dehydration. These components of poor health create an environment where imbalances could likely occur. My program’s comprehensive approach of Juice fasting cleansing, Yoga, Breathwork, Walking, Swimming, Advanced Therapeutic Advanced Massage,  Meditation, Guided Imagery, Aromatherapy, Colon Cleansing, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Castor Oil Pack Treatment, etc., will address all three symptoms along with a unique opportunity for emotional and mental issues to come up to the surface for deliberation and possible release. 

Mental and Emotional Blockages: 

You can choose to hold on to them or make the decision to learn how to release your past and move forward. We can feel these stone walls which are created by the mind. Whether they are from fear, anger, sadness, and hopelessness.....all lower emotions buried deep within from childhood, you will feel them and decide consciously if you want to hold on to them or just let them go. The more comfortable you learn to be, the easier this process will be. You will profoundly realize that you can face those fears and in so doing, shift yourself into a body, mind and spirit which will finally serve you better and better. Perhaps it's time to leave these thoughts and their emotional debris behind, in order to stay present with the amazing life-giving breath. Guided Imagery and Breathwork are a huge help-mate in overcoming the "monkey mind" and its effects on your life. Discipline, to stay calm and in control, will naturally come while developing new and better habits. Transformation is possible and quite probable with one’s willingness to grow. 

Food as Medicine: 

Concentrated super nutrition through the use of fresh organic fruits and vegetables will give you more energy. These micro nutritional foods have an abundance of enzymes which assist the body to utilize food more efficiently. You will be shown how to design and create your own personal eating plan using high energy nutrition; organic and locally grown raw fruits and vegetables, fresh juices, nuts and seeds, whole grains, steamed greens, organic animal foods in small quantities, etc., all with flexibility for your social life.  

Juice Fasting: 

Juice Fasting is one of the most completely natural protocols in restoring health by way of making corrections in the digestive and elimination systems. Fasting is an ancient form of healing and for some, a way to become more attuned with their spiritual self. It may be a bit strange to just drink your nutrition. Releasing unnecessary and toxic debris from your body feels exhausting at first, but that is how we know the process of fasting is working. There could be some detox symptoms such as fatigue, headaches and dizziness, but if you can prepare your body, then it's possible to have very slight discomfort during the fast. After day 3 or 4, you will not even be hungry, which says a lot for putting concentrated nutrition into your body. Your thoughts, your emotions, your general feeling of appreciation will all be enhanced when toxins leave your body. 

Adding Daily Raw Juice and Green Smoothies to Your Lifestyle: 

There are three main reasons why you will want to consider incorporating vegetable juicing and Green Smoothies into your optimal health program: Juicing helps you absorb all the nutrients from the vegetables without very much effort on your body's part. Drinking juices and Green Smoothies (blended leafy greens with ripe fruit and some Spirulina algae) allows you to consume an optimal amount of vegetables and fruit in an efficient manner. You can add a wider variety of vegetables in your diet. Smoothies are easy to prepare and clean up. 

Raw Foods: 

The heat of cooking depletes vitamins, damages proteins and fats, and destroys enzymes, which play an integral part in your digestive processes. As your percentage of raw foods increases you feel satisfied and have more energy on smaller meals because raw food has the best balance of water, nutrients, and fiber to meet your body’s needs. Some people's systems may have a challenge with so much raw food, like salads, however, when these foods are juiced, it subtracts the fiber in the food, making it easier on your "leaky gut" issues. 

Colon Cleansing: 

Colonics can offer relief from a variety of disturbances by cleansing the colon of impacted and putrefactive fecal matter. Fatigue, gas, headaches, irritability, skin problems, cold hands and feet, lethargy are among the problems people have found relieved by Colon Cleansing. Constipation, of course, is another as well as chronic diarrhea. Your sense of well-being is often dramatically improved with the cleansing. You feel lighter, more energetic. The body can again assimilate food in the colon and better defend itself against disease. Natural peristalsis, tone and regularity are restored and many serious diseases may be averted through this gentle, sterile, scientific technique. Colonics are a key factor in the restoration of the body's natural balance or what we call good health. If for some reason you need to stay away from this procedure, then there are many other options, such as abdominal massage, along with certain herbs and oils. 

Rest and Relaxation:  

Stay focused and calm with Meditation and Guided Imagery. The body, mind and spirit do the most healing when you sleep and rest. All animals take time to rest, except us. 

Reflexology:  

This is an ancient art which treats the body as an organism which is completely connected, rather than simply focusing on specific symptoms. By putting pressure on particular points in the foot, the supply of blood, as well as the functioning of the nervous system, can be improved. Basically, Reflexology encourages the cleansing of your body and gets your natural energy flowing the way it should. These benefits of reflexology can normalize the glands and reduce physical as well as emotional tension. 

Castor Oil Packs: 

The function of the castor oil soaked flannel packs is to improve blood flow (works like acupuncture). Apply to the lower abdomen, at least three times per week for an hour each time to improve blood flow. This regimen should be followed for at least three months and then can be tapered to once a week. There are lymphatic glands called Peyers Patches, which are underneath the small intestine. They are organized lymphoid tissue that boosts the immune system when stimulated with heat. 

Aromatherapy: 

Use specific oils that have a proven effect on the limbic system of the brain. Begin to use these oils in your personal life on a regular basis, either just smelling them or using a diffuser. Many people have been able to get off their anti-depressants by using Essential Oils.  

Exercise:  

Establish a new motivation of walking, swimming, martial arts, stretching and Restorative Yoga to compliment all of your athletic activities. Get those endorphins stimulated and released into your brain and body.
