My wife, Amy, and I decided to commit to raise the bar to a healthier lifestyle. We agreed to participate in a health retreat where education and nurturing would lead us to setting higher goals. We selected Circle of Life in Delray Beach, Florida. Director, Jill Schneider, provided a week-long environment to complete a cleansing fast. We were never hungry and looked forward to learning more culinary skills and health instruction from Jill. She filled our days with hiking and biking activities in the natural outdoor attractions that abound in the area. We also took advantage of the beaches that were at our convenience to enjoy. Trager Therapy

Elizabeth Rohack, a Licensed Massage Therapist (MA 8769) and Certified Trager Practitioner/Tutor and Intro Workshop Leader (United States Trager Association, www.tragerus.org ), has a professional background as a movement and Mid-Eastern dance arts (Belly Dancing) educator/performer with specialty certifications in aquatics, movement and dance (AFAA & ACE). As a professional Mid-Eastern Dancer, Elizabeth (aka Rajia) performed & taught Belly Dancing classes and workshops throughout south Florida. She provides movement and touch-oriented wellness programs to the public and is adjunct instructor at Palm Beach State College in Lake Worth, Florida, Continuing Education Health Sciences (Massage Therapy) Program.

Elizabeth’s own healing journey came in 1975 after two car accidents followed by several knee surgeries.
